UNT Physics conducts world class research, providing outstanding research opportunities for its students. Our research spans all subfields of physics from theoretical and astrophysics to applied and interdisciplinary research. On August 29th, our faculty will try to compress their exciting research into a very brief 3-minutes each. This high-level overview will give you a rough understanding of what we do; how our research fosters humanities understanding of the universe and physical concepts and contributes to the advancement of science.
