The UNT Department of Physics offers Master's and Doctoral degree programs.
Application Dates
Review of applications for Fall semesters normally occurs between March 1 and April 30.
Review of applications for Spring semesters normally occurs between October 1 and November 30.
Application Steps
1. UNT Toulouse Graduate School application: Toulouse Grad School Admissions
2. GRE scores. The UNT University code is 6481. GRE scores are not required but would be considered if submitted.
3. Transcripts from all universities you have attended. Final decisions concerning admittance cannot be made until official transcripts have been received. Toulouse Grad School Admissions
4. Statement of Purpose. If you have earned or will earn a Master's degree prior to admission, please indicate in your Statement of Purpose the names of 2 UNT faculty members conducting research in areas of interest to you.
5. C.V. Curriculum Vitae
6. Two letters of recommendation from faculty in Physics or closely related fields who served as your research mentor or course instructor.
7. International Student requirements: Proof of English language proficiency.
