Research interest: Solid State Physics. Solid state physics; semiconductor materials growth; scattering mechanisms and influence of impurities; transport coefficients; laser spectroscopy.

Dr. Chris Littler's research interests lie in the areas of electrical and optical characterization of novel semiconductor materials.
