Travel support grants are available from the Physics Department for students presenting their research or participating in other research-related travel. Before applying for department travel funds, students should first consult their faculty advisor/major professor about other possible funding sources (e.g., external funding). Additional travel funding is also available to graduate students from the College of Science, and the Toulouse Graduate School offers opportunities for travel grant-matching.

Required application documents:

1. Completed Physics Student Travel Grant Application Form
2. Clearly defined Statement of Purpose including justification and benefits for student's professional development and progress towards degree (maximum one page)
3. Acceptance letter for paper/poster presentation and abstract or documentation for other research travel
