Physics Course Override Request

The form below must be submitted before the request will be considered. Overrides will be reviewed and granted by the Department of Physics Advisor. Courses will be added manually by the department. Submission of this form does not guarantee enrollment in the requested courses. You will receive an email directly from the Department of Physics once the override request has been completed.
